The Titles section

The Titles section allows you to consult all the publications in the catalogue and access their detail page.

The Titles section home page includes the following elements:

• A list of all the publications in the catalogue, with the title displayed as a link to their detail page.

• A search box, on the left above the list, for finding a publication quickly by its title, summary, etc.

• A global actions menu, on the right above the list, for exporting the contents of the list to a file.

A publication’s detail page - administrator view

An administrator can access a publication’s detail page from the Administration > Titles section.

In addition to the general information included on a publication’s detail page, administrators have access to information such as:

• The number of active holds placed on this publication.

• The number of loans, which corresponds to the current loans on this publication.

• Licence information, such as the type of licence, protection, number of authorized and consumed loans, status, termination option, etc.

The number of loans shown in the detail page of a publication differs from the number shown in the licence information, as it is the number of loans that are in progress at the time the page is consulted.
