Logging in to Cantook Education administration site
After logging in, users (students, teachers or staff) are taken directly to the platform's home page.
Administrators, on the other hand, are taken to the administration site by default. There, from the main menu, they can switch between the Cantook Education and the administration sites, as desired.
Accessing the administration site
To access the administration site from Cantook Education:
Click on your name in the top right-hand corner of the screen.
Click on Administration in the pull-down menu.
You will then be redirected to the administration site dashboard.
Only administrators can see the Administration option.
Returning to the Cantook Education site
To switch to Cantook Education from the administration site:
Log in to the platform using your administrator account.
Click on the name at the top right of the screen.
Click on Website menu item.
As with other users, if an administrator has no readings in progress in their reading file, they will be taken to the home page.
Administrator dashboard
The administrator dashboard is the home page of the administration site. It provides an overview of the general status of the platform, and allows an administrator to manage all its elements, such as users and collections.
All administrators share the same view of the dashboard. However, access rights to certain features may differ.
