The Catalogues section

The Catalogues section allows you to view and change the properties of your establishment's catalogues that are managed in the platform.

It is possible for more than one catalogue to be displayed in this section, for example in the case of a centralized collection.

The Catalogues section home page includes the following elements:

• A list of all the catalogues available in your establishment, with a link to their detail page.

• A search box, on the left above the list, for finding a catalogue quickly by name.

• A global actions menu, on the right above the list, for exporting the contents of the list to a file.

• A context-sensitive menu, to the right of each list item, which allows to take action on a particular catalogue.

Viewing a catalogue's details

You can access the detail page for a catalogue by clicking on its name in the list of catalogues.

The information available on the detail page of a catalogue includes a list of all the publications it contains.

You can access the detail page for a publication by clicking on its title in the list of publications.
